Jurudoe is committed to her faith in God through Christ Jesus. It is this faith that has propelled her to dedicate her gifts, time, resources, energies, and prayers for the betterment of women and children in her homeland, Liberia.

Jurudoe holds an MBA from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal Graduate School of Business. She also holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance from Providence College, where she received a Who’s Who amongst Students in American Colleges.

She is an avid Information Technology professional with standout achievements in project management, test management, system implementation, process improvements and consulting in the IT arena. Through her superb technical and client relationship skills she has generated millions of dollars in add-on contracts.

She has a proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects and cross-functional teams. She strengthens organizations and generates bottom-line results by leveraging business, management and IT expertise. She Easily transfers complex technical knowledge to all segments of corporation. Increases profitability and competitive advantage by utilizing operationally focused leadership to exceed corporate objectives.

She is currently working as a Systems Delivery Manager at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Jurudoe is responsible for facilitating all hardware procurement for all projects within the Global Wealth Management Group. Jurudoe is a mentor to several IT professionals and seeks to encourage young women to pursue their professional dreams.

Jurudoe is a member of several professional organizations, including Association of Information Technology Project Managers, Association of Quality Assurance Managers and Association of Professional Business Analysts. Jurudoe is a member of the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in New York and a member of the Big Sisters Organization of Southern New Jersey. She is a founding member the Sisters of Substance of New Jersey, an organization focused on the enrichment of the lives of women and girls.

She is a strong tower at home and a loving wife and mother, to an adorable 14 year old daughter, Charlese. Jurudoe desires to please the Lord by being obedient and faithful in service, sacrifice, and in love for God, and all humanity.
