The Checago Bright Foundation (CBF), Inc. directs resources and knowledge through strategic networks, partnerships and best practices to demonstrate new possibilities for Liberia to address the dire needs for basic life necessities to focus on issues of clean and safe drinking water, adequate sanitation (toilet facilities), educational initiatives, and advocacy.
To enhance and implement community-based sustainable healthcare, clean and safe drinking water systems, adequate sanitation, educational programs, and advocacy to improve the living condition and empower communities.
Guiding Principles: The Checago Bright Foundation, Inc. has vowed to remain committed to the development and empowerment of the Liberian people as its primary priority and foster mutual respect by promoting activities that uphold basic human rights amongst volunteers, employees, and beneficiaries. The Foundation shall impartially provide equal opportunities and services to the diverse war-affected Liberian population by promoting moral and social equity regardless of socio-economic status, gender, creed, ethnicity, while implementing our program.
To mobilize and administer financial and material resources to provide clean and safe drinking water supplies, adequate sanitation; promote education and good health aimed at reducing infectious diseases, infant mortality rates at 100%, and facilitate enrollment and successful completion of primary and secondary schools at 85% rate by 2020.
